Welcome to TRANSORFMATION STORYS
here is a place people can not only high light there wins but also show others that there was a time before the success. ex; i used to be really skinny and couldn't gain weight, i would like to make up excuses saying things like i eat a lot and don't gain blaming it all on my metabolism. In all reality i wasn't even counting my calories and was only eating at night, so it made it seem like a lot of food but i ended everyday with a sore stomach still in the calorie deficit. once i decided i was done with the excuses and wanted to be in control of my progress i started counting my calories, no fancy app or any cope mechanisms just reading the back of the box and hitting 3k+ calories a day and immediately realized how much i was slacking. not to long after i start tracking carbs protein and fat calculating every macro and timing my macros in a way that's most affective for my routine and goals. i can say just taking control and counting them calories instead of giving up to my metabolism. was more of a mental step than a physical one i learnt to trust science and data and use it to achieve any goals i want i hope you guys enjoyed this little read make sure to take control of your life and be stronger than your excuses.

Introduction of myself
Me in a nut shell my name is Kayden Mallette i am a 20 years young i am a personal trainer during my day working for myself doing active 1 on 1 coaching for locals in my community i am also extremely fascinated with getting better at my passions Life has problems all around so to get better at life you need to get better at solving problems as efficiently as possible. i wasn't always like this i used to waste hours of my life watching vloggers live their lives and get money and that just made me feel jealous of them with the kind of mindset that thought i deserved all the rewards they had without the work. and through watching all these vloggers all day it made my existence feel so un important but instead of putting in the work to be able to live the life i wanted i went in the wrong direction. i resorted to self pitying behavior at a young age spiraling into substance abuse, partying ,drinking and rotting not believing that i even deserved any sort of happiness or stability. i felt like becoming a better person did not really matter because no matter what there will always be someone better than me. i know i know it seems crazy but i am glad that god made me feel great shame for how i was living and acting wasting my life away and not using the life he gave me to have a positive impact i was wasting the gift of life thinking YOLO but in reality only living once is even more of a reason to have great monumental impacts. to have a great impact on man kind you must be greater than your excuses greater than your bad habits greater than the desire to to take the easy way out
