Menopause can feel confusing, frustrating and lonely. Many women suddenly experience weight gain, low energy, poor sleep and feel like their bodies are no longer responding the way they used to.
Inside the 5 to Thrive Menopause Community, we focus on rebuilding health in midlife using a simple framework:

First we master the 5 foundational habits that restore energy, support fat loss and bring consistency back into daily life.
Then we explore smart supplementation (6 to Strive) to support metabolism, recovery and hormone balance.
Finally, we discuss optimisation (7) including hormone support such as HRT.
This community was created after I began experiencing perimenopause symptoms at 39 and was told I was too young for menopause and offered antidepressants instead.
That experience led me to study menopause health and help women regain energy, confidence and control in midlife.
