I help people move through grief, loss and the identity changes that often follow. This includes death, divorce, the end of a relationship, changes in health or ability, career loss, caregiving transitions, traumatic experiences and other life events that leave you wondering who you are now.
Understand what has changed and begin creating a life that fits who you are becoming — not who you are expected to be or who you were before life changed.
In this community, we also recognize disenfranchised grief: losses that may not be openly acknowledged or fully understood by others, but are real and deserving of support.
I use coaching, guided meditation, hypnosis, grief education and other supportive practices to help members process their experiences, rebuild confidence and move forward with greater clarity and purpose.
