I started with the foundation first — and that’s why my skin finally changed
Most people start skincare by asking:“What product should I buy?” I didn’t. I started with the foundation: - how my skin reacts to irritation - what triggers inflammation - what my barrier could actually tolerate That’s when things shifted. Hyperpigmentation on melanated skin isn’t fixed by chasing the next serum. It’s fixed by understanding why your skin is protecting itself. If you skipped the foundation and jumped straight to actives, your skin is probably: - staying stuck - reacting instead of healing - fading… then darkening again Comment FOUNDATION if you: - have tried multiple products with little change - feel like your routine should be working by now - want to fix the cause, not just the spot I’ll tell you what foundation step most people miss. I also shared my Build Your Skin Foundation micro-lesson in the Classroom for anyone ready to reset the right way.

Why I’m a skin Coach (NOT a dermatologist)
I’m a skin coach that means I help understand your skin, protect your barrier, calm hyperpigmentation, and stop hopping from product to product hoping something works. Coaching is about guidance, routines, and confidence-especially for melanated skin that’s often overlooked and over-treated . If you’ve ever felt confused , overwhelmed, or discouraged by skincare, this space is for you ! Comment GLOW. If you want to learn your skin instead of fighting it!
