📊 Everyone tells med spa owners to “track your KPIs.” But what exactly is a KPI? A Key Performance Indicator (KPI) is simply a number that tells you how healthy your business is and whether you’re moving toward your goals. In a med spa, there are hundreds of KPIs you could track. The mistake is trying to track all of them. If I had to start with just five, I’d recommend: • Consultation conversion rate • Patient retention rate • Revenue per patient • Revenue per provider • Profit margin What KPI do you track most closely in your practice? Or, if you’re just getting started, which one do you think is most important?
