small engagement hack
OK, I want to give y’all a small engagement hack that quietly does a lot of heavy lifting behind the scenes. Every morning, my team logs into our clients’ accounts and we have saved folders for potential patients, existing patients and even people actively engaging with the page. We spend about 20 to 30 minutes liking photos, replying to Stories, and leaving thoughtful, genuine comments instead of just dropping emojis and disappearing. When I tell y’all this goes a long way, I mean it. People notice consistency. They notice when a practice actually feels human online. This helps keep your name top of mind, increases profile visits, builds familiarity before the consultation ever happens, and honestly makes social media feel less cold and transactional. A lot of bookings happen because people feel connected before they ever inquire. Social media is a digital waiting room now. Treat it like one.
