The 3 Pillars That Create Lasting Change
Over the last 5–6 years, I’ve worked with people from all walks of life on the medicine path. We all come in with different life experiences and different intentions, but underneath it all, I’ve found that most of us are really learning the same thing: how to accept and love ourselves more fully. After coaching hundreds of people, helping them prepare for journeys, and supporting integration afterward, I’ve stripped away a lot of the noise and narrowed it down to 3 core pillars that create meaningful change: Shift Your State Tune Your Body Rewire Your Patterns If you consistently build in these three areas over time, your life will change. What most people don’t realize is that lasting transformation doesn’t require mastering dozens of complicated concepts. You only need a handful of fundamentals, applied consistently, to create results in almost any area of life. Can you go deeper? Absolutely. But you don’t need to become an expert to start seeing progress. That’s why I created a simple 90-day Recalibration. If you follow it, you'll see the difference. It's designed to give you a practical system for building discipline, momentum, and consistency in the areas that matter most for your mental, emotional, and physical well-being. Small actions. Repeated daily. Big results over time. If you're interested, drop a comment below 👇

Science, Safety, and Therapeutic Potential
Hey tribe, In 2020 I spent 3 months, 9 to 5, diving deep into psychedelic research and wrote a pretty legit academic paper on psychedelic medicines. I just finished updating it since there’s been a lot of new research over the last 6 years. Specifically on ibogaine and 5-MeO. If you’re interested in learning about the Science, Safety, and Therapeutic Potential of these medicines, you’ll enjoy it. This isn’t surface-level or hype-driven, it’s dense in research. But I promise it’s readable. It breaks down the science behind substances like psilocybin, MDMA, LSD, ibogaine, 5-MeO-DMT, and ayahuasca. How each work in the brain, what the research actually says, and how they are making an impact on mental health. If you decide to read it... Drop a comment with something you learned from it.

Your Brain Isn’t Your Enemy…
It’s just trying to protect you. Anxiety. Overthinking. People-pleasing. Avoidance. These aren’t signs that something is wrong with you. They’re adaptations. Your brain and nervous system learned these patterns because, at some point, they helped you survive. The challenge is that your brain doesn’t update its software just because your circumstances have changed. That’s where neuroplasticity comes in. Your brain is constantly changing based on what you repeatedly experience and practice. This is one of the reasons medicines like psilocybin and 5-MeO-DMT can be so impactful. Psilocybin has been shown to temporarily increase neuroplasticity, creating a window where the brain becomes more flexible and open to new patterns. 5-MeO-DMT also promotes neuroplasticity while often producing profound shifts in perspective and deep emotional processing. But here’s the part that’s often overlooked… Neither medicine rewires your life for you. They create an opportunity. They can quiet old stories. Reveal unconscious patterns. Show you what’s possible. Practice is what makes those possibilities your new reality. Every meditation. Every breathwork session. Every difficult conversation. Every boundary. Every moment you choose presence. That’s how you teach your brain and nervous system a new way of being. Medicine reveals. Practice rewires. Your breakthrough is found in your daily practices. Even small shifts can return big over time. 👇🏼 What’s one thing you can start today that will radically shift your life if you were consistent for the next year?
Your Brain Isn’t Your Enemy…
The gap between where you are and where you want to be
Isn’t miles… It’s about 20 nanometers. That’s roughly the size of a synapse—the tiny space where your brain cells communicate. Every time you choose a different thought, practice a new habit, or respond differently than you did yesterday, you strengthen new neural pathways. Small choices, repeated consistently, can change you’re whole life. So next time you doubt yourself Next time you feel overwhelmed Next time you think you can’t Just remember you’re closer than you think.
