Text blast

Hi,

Is anyone using go high level for text blast campaigns? We were using them for months through a marketing company that added us to one of their sub accounts. Now that we have our own account GHL is saying that we cannot send cold outreach and that people have to opt in first from our website etc. Also, if they opt out by replying “stop” and it goes over 6% of opt outs that we can be banned. We didn’t have a problem before with using GHL so I’m wondering if there’s something we did during set up that’s wrong or that we missed? Any advice would be much appreciated. TIA!
