How Does Facebook Work for a Wholesaler? Challenges, Tips, and Thoughts
Facebook seems like a free and accessible platform where we can connect with a wide range of realtors, investors, builders, and cash buyers. I've seen and heard about people successfully closing deals through Facebook. I don’t think it’s mandatory to know everyone personally on the platform, but I’m still struggling to get something done via Facebook. I’d like to highlight a few points and get your thoughts:
  1. Daily Traction: I receive daily traction for each of my properties, with many people asking for details. However, no one has moved forward with a deal through Facebook. I’m not sure why this is happening.
  2. New Groups: Whenever I join a new group, I often see a lot of people commenting on my posts. But when I try to send them the details, it seems like they aren’t receiving my messages, or they might be going to their message requests folder. Even when I reply to their comments directly, sometimes they never respond.
  3. Trust Issues?: Do you think this is all about trust or what’s on their mind? Why do people comment initially but then back out?
