My name is Max Ferrel at 18 years old; I joined the Army and served four years as an infantryman in the 101st Airborne. I didn’t come from money—my mom worked multiple jobs to provide for us. After the military, I was in a new state with no connections, no family, and no safety net. Through financial literacy, discipline, and networking, I built a six-figure stock portfolio and bought three rental units—all by age 22.
This community exists to teach financial literacy, real estate investing, and to make connections. You’ll learn from my successes and mistakes, avoid the pitfalls most young people face, and connect with others on the same journey.
