Widget issue

Hi.

Can anyone please tell me how to get all these widget options shown in the lecture Screenshot below (on the right side)?

I've downloaded and activated all the correct plugins as told in the previous lectures. But I'm not getting these exact options or this page even. My widgets page/settings only show the 4 to 5 widget sections that say, main side bar, footer 1, footer 2, header etc.

I can't seem to add things in the footer section since there are no options to add from other than the general blocks.

Hope this makes sense.
