website not loading

For the last two days I'm having trouble with my domain that I created via Dreamhost. Every time I try to login it takes ages to upload the website and in the end I either receive 'Internal server error', Wordpress not recognising my login info and lastly today this warning have popped up on my page (please check the attached folder) stating that the requirements are not met.

Has anyone experienced this kind of issue before?

If so, could you please tell me why is this happening and how it can be fixed.
