Webhost Account Issue
Hello, please I need help. I paid for webhost last week, the transaction was successful and money was debited form my account. My webhost account was pending and for some reasons they told me the account could not be created and my money would be refunded in 3-5 days. It's over 5 days and I have not gotten a refund.
I could not continue the classes as I do not have a WordPress profile yet. What can I do please, I have sent couple of messages to webhost, the money is not refunded yet.
