Starter Free Templates

I have tried like more than 5 templates till now but I am not able to edit something and something in each free template. I have attached some screenshots with marked areas that are not editable. How do I edit them?

Because they are most important parts like, for some of them name of the site is not editable, for some image is not editable and for some its mail id/ social media links in footer section.

I tried Elementor editing. Then I also tried to change some site settings from WordPress so that footer or name sections somehow get edited but not possible.

Can you please suggest something else. Because I do not want to buy premium as a beginner.
