Hi guys!
I hope this message finds you well. I am reaching out to you today because as I've said previously, I strongly believe in the collective wisdom and expertise of our community. I'm facing a technical issue with my website that's been tough to crack, and I thought someone here might have the solution.
The issue is related to the Polylang Language Switcher on my landing page (https://www.stefgiag.com/comedy-science-teaching). I've set it up to display as a dropdown and to show flags, with the current language hidden (see attached landing_page.png). Unfortunately, the current language is still appearing, and when hovering over the dropdown menu, a blue line extends to the end of the header instead of displaying the available language options (see attached image, "landing_page.png"). In addition, my landing page URL shows an extra tag at the end (#pll_switcher) that shouldn't be there (see attached image, "landing_page.png"). I've tried a few things to fix these issues, but so far, no luck.
If anyone has encountered similar issues or has experience with Polylang or WordPress that might help, we would greatly appreciate your insights. Even if you're not sure, but have a hunch about what might be causing these problems, I'd love to hear from you.
Oh, i forgot to tell you that I've used the Page Menu plugin to assign my landing page for my PDF lead magnet only to the landing page menu. I'm not sure if this could be affecting the language switcher's functionality, but I thought it worth mentioning in case it helps identify the issue.
