Payment declined
Hi everyone. I am new to the school & am excited. I am from South Africa. & tried to purchase the Domain at Dreamhost, but my payment was declined. What could be the issue & do I need to add extra funds for exchange rate purposes as I was using a South African Bank Virtual card?
