I see a lot of posts that are copied and pasted from chatgpt preaching motivation, consistency, new year new opportunities. Reading or writing these posts aren't going to change your situation or really help anyone in this community.

Ask yourself these three questions to take actionable steps forward:

1) What is your line of interest? Or What are you good at?

2) Based on number 1 choose your industry and niche.

3) Find a problem, it could be as simple as automating a person's email inbox.

4) Make the closest outreaches to people you know who could find value with your service (maybe the real estate agent you worked with) sell them today.
