If I built the website from the install wordpress section?

Hi, the panels and the section you have show in your videos aren’t visible for my dashboard. I enabled the multi website option while building it🫢 Because of connecting different domains to just one panel has changed the flow a little bit. Yes, I know you warn us not to do 😅 I enabled it because I wanna create 2 different website for two different purposes at the same time. Will it be a problem if I use the install wordpress section to built an ecommerce website for one of my domain and a blog website for an affiliate marketing purpose
