I need help with finalizing a business idea

Hey guys, I need your help. I recently got an idea from a podcast to start an accountability phonecall business where I call up clients daily or weekly to hold them accountable to their goals and give them guidance. If I got it to work I think I would really enjoy it, and I’m hoping it will fit my schedule as a student aswell. But before I can make it happen I’d really appreciate your help. If you have any input to how I can start and what I should focus on please write it in the comments or send me a message.
