Confidence is built through action, not the other way round 🦁

A common misconception is that you must feel confident about ‘doing the thing’ before you do it.

🚨 The opposite is actually true! 🚨

The first person to jump out of a plane with a parachute was probably not confident.

Now 1000s of people skydive all over the world everyday and it’s become a sport.

You’ve probably heard of the following slogans:

✅ “Just do it”

✅ “Seek discomfort”

✅ “Do it scared”

These slogans are calling us all to take action despite being scared, worried or uncertain.
