A safe, confidential space for 40+ BJJ women, who are into learning, discussion, collaborating, drama-free, & ego-free training
2 calls a month: each 1 hr. in length. Each month will have a focused theme: recovery, hormones, women's health, training, etc.
These are NOT "rant & dump" calls. They're focused, with a theme, where 40+ women can come together to discuss their journey as a 40+ female masters athlete in Jiujitsu.
Guest speakers, different admins., etc. may be a part of the future picture...
