We're looking to recruit a KILLER operations manager to dial in our systems and processes, and manage the day to day in our ageny.

•Managing our marketing (ads, funnels, lead gen)

•Managing the sales team (setters, closers, pipeline)

•Managing company culture and hiring/training/retaining talent

•Ensuring we hit our monthly KPIs

•Turning my vision into action plans

Ideal candidate:

•Burnt-out agency owner looking for stability

•Former COO/GM at a 7-8 figure agency
