Hi "Troopers"... just wanted to do a little check in with Ya All.
PS. I am "Checking in" from beautiful, but crowded Mumbai, India, where my wife is from...we are here with the In-Laws and meeting the rest of her HUGE family....We wil be here for 45 days!!!!.... It is a lot of fun, but I also have to stay focused on my "mission"....
....My Mission to Succeed No MATTER WHAT... well, I would like to say "ALMOST No Matter What"...but that would not make it right... so I am sticking to it... Succeeding No Matter What!
I know that holidays are a needed Breake From The Hustle And Grind, Day To Day things that we do...however, it is also very important to NOT lose momentum... so I wonder how you are all "going about your business" now that the Holidays are upon us?
... and I wanted to share some tricks that I have learned over the years that can possibly help You Too, to get Things Done... Things Moving Forward... no Matter What.
Instead of writing an INSANELY LONG post... I will just List them out... as I know You are all Smart enough to know what to do about them yourself....Assuming you are On a Mission To Succeed Too!
These are Insights I have learned from Mentors of mine that I have found to work miracles, and feel free to add yours as well:
- Start early in the morning when the rest of the household is sleeping. I start at 5 or 6 am... then I can get 2 to 3 hours in UNDISTURBED.
2. I listen to Audio books or classes from Skool, when I exercise, drive or do other mundane things that allows me to do that... This inspires me and keeps me focused on my Mission
3. I check in with my messages here on Skool and Read Posts and Comment back where I feel I can provide Value, help someone or learn something that I can Take The First Steps on Right away... and Not Wait with.
4. I welcome each new member into my community with a Personal video asking them how I can help them an encourage them to engage in our community to both provide value, ask questions and help others.
5. I excuse myself during the middle of the day, or at some point in the afternoon/evening, where I have set aside 30/45/60 minutes to also work on my business, even if it is in the middle of the holidays.
6. I tell my friends and family, that I still have to keep my priorities so that they know that I have comittments and they seem to understand that better when I do so.
So... what other tips of things or insights can you add to this so we can all get through the holidays still being able to move our business forward?
Happy Holidays One And All.
