Hi everyone, my name is Crosby. I am from Boston, MA. I am an aspiring filmmaker who also edits. By day, I work at a hospital in the mailroom, delivering packages. At night, I work on my own films and projects. In the past I have directed my own indie feature films, and edited around eight feature films independently. I have been always intrigued about the Master The Workflow program since it came out, and I finally had the money to purchase the program. Because I'm not in California yet, I felt it was necessary to participate in this immersion program to level up my skills as an Assistant Editor, in hopes of becoming a full-fledge editor for studios and independent artists, while also creating my own works as well. I'm extremely happy and excited to participate in the program and learn from all of you.

We've got some new members to the community and I'd be great if you'd all introduce yourselves. Let us know what brought you to Master The Workflow and tell us how you came to editing in general. Also, for those who've been around for a while, let's hear what the big challenges you're facing? Is there anything in the course you're finding particularly difficult to grasp? Hey I'm Eric. I'm an unscripted editor who's done TV, Docs, and Youtube. But always have been keen to potentially join the scripted world. Probably going to have some tech questions for you brilliant minds along the way.

Hi all, I am Andrew, an aspiring assistant editor by night, working in a non-video field by day (policy). Editing as much as I can to build up my work with the dream of moving into this space full-time (recently edited and coloured the short film 2020 Vision, which is doing the festival rounds as we speak). Looking forward to chatting with you all in this group and working through the course. I moved to Australia two years ago, so if there are any fellow MTW Australian members, let's meet!
