🏹 Aim Your Arrow — A Taste of the Practice
You can begin with just this:
- Pause + arrive - Take one breath and notice where your attention has been scattered lately—ideas, emotions, obligations, curiosities.
- Name the pull - Ask: What direction has been quietly calling me, even if I haven’t committed to it yet?(No forcing. Just noticing.)
- Choose direction over certainty - Gently affirm: I don’t need the full map. I only need to choose a direction.
- Feel the body response - Notice what happens in your body when you imagine aiming toward that direction. Expansion? Resistance? Calm? Curiosity?
- Set a soft intention - This week, I allow clarity to unfold through movement, not pressure.
