🪞 Reflection of the Week (3/29 – 4/4)
I’ve been noticing something subtle this week…those moments where you know how you feel…and then almost right after, you start thinking about how it’s going to show up where it most matters. So instead of staying with what’s true for you, you begin adjusting… softening… managing the moment. And that’s where the overthinking begins. Not because you don’t know what to say but because part of you is trying to stay connected without fully risking being seen This is the space Soulful Union is opening right now 🌿 Practice Next time you feel that shift… pause and ask yourself: what did I feel before I started thinking about how it would land?
