Good morning Gents! Last Thursday 11/13, I weighed in on my super reliable $25 scale from Walmart at 240.7. I have since switched to an OMAD (one meal a day) and NOMAD (no meal a day) eating schedule. Yesterday was Thursday 11/20, so i have been fasted for approximately 36 hours. Weighed in this morning at 232.1. So progress. The stone is slowly moving up the mountain.
