Here’s a recap of last night’s group call. We dove deep into how the lower half of the pitching delivery should work!

I've got two different options for tonights group call and I want you guys to decide which way we should take it. The first option is to do a in-depth look at lower half mecahnics. I still get A TON of questions about how the lower half should work so I would go in great detail as to what we should look for in an elite lower half. The second option is to do a group round table Q&A. This would consist of you all coming up with pre-prepared questions and then I could go into dtail with answering them. I'll put the two options down below and let me know what you all think!
