Thumbtack Workaround?
I ran into a plumber at a networking meeting and he's using thumbtack, and wants help to get more leads in. I don't know if anybody knows anything about that, but they compete with other plumbers. He does get text messages from them, but I don't think thumbtack lets them directly text the customer, because I was thinking that I could use the AI to pick up the text messages, but I don't think that's going to work. He does say that he gets calls, so I was thinking when I get them on the call to talk about the voice AI, but does anybody know any more about thumbtack and is there any way to somehow get the conversational AI to catch those or is that pretty much encased in the thumbtack environment and he can't get to? I talked with him for a while, and when he showed me the texts he gets I thought that might be the way to capture the leads, but I seem to remember something about those. They showed a name of the person, and I think he had to click those to get in touch with that lead. Does anyone have any experience with Thumbtack?

Has anyone built something like this?
Figures first real prospect and they hit me with this build. Its a complete job management system for an electrical contractor that connects 4 tools together. GHL is the command center Every lead starts here. Two pipelines ā one for simple service calls and one for bigger estimate jobs. GHL tracks where every job is at all times. JobTread handles the field side Scheduling, job management, and invoicing all happen in JobTread. GHL sends jobs to JobTread and JobTread reports back when things are done. PanelAI builds the estimates When a job needs an estimate GHL sends the lead details to PanelAI. PanelAI uses AI to generate the estimate. This saves the contractor hours of manual estimating. Zapier is the glue Since GHL, JobTread, and PanelAI don't natively talk to each other ā Zapier connects them. 5 automated handoffs keep everything moving without anyone manually copying data between systems. The result for the contractor: Lead comes in ā gets triaged ā right track fires automatically ā estimate or service call gets handled ā job gets done ā invoice goes out ā closes out in GHL. No leads falling through cracks. No manual data entry between systems.
