in the Ultimate Agency AI snapshot (amazing btw!), re onboarding new clients, there is a survey and then a section in the contact record: AI Assistant Onboarding Form

There are about 18 fields in the AI Assistant Onboarding Form Section that are not on the survey.

So after the survey is filled out, there are 18 blank fields at the top of that section.

It seems they may have been added later but the survey may not have been updated?

Please advise.
