Should I do it?
Spoke with a company the other day. Made it through a few meetings with them and was with the COO. They liked the AI. They have the money, but they seem to be hesitant to pull the trigger. They have a database with 200k leads in there. I'm considering just making a deal with them to do a DBR, charge them per appointment only. The issue I run into with these is when they underestimate what all it can do, they end up paying us way more on a per appointment basis than if they just purchased the thing. Obviously I like money, but the relationship starts to seem weird and they get really controlling because we now own the thing that is making a massive impact on their business. How are you guys setting these up? Their avg ticket is like $2200. They have a ton of old webinar leads, so decent data. I would expect it to minimum book 5% of that, maybe more. Even at 1% that is 2000 appointments. If I just charged them $20 for a booked appointment, they would be cutting me a check for 40k. I would likely put a card on file so that I got paid every time it booked, but man, that could be pretty wild. I would just build an SMS Ai here. If they purchased a package from me, I had quoted them like $2500 and 997 per month for SMS, voice outbound, and GHL. If they just take the rev share, they will be paying a ton of cash. What would you guys do with this?
