Setup of knowledge base for 2+ properties
Follow-up from Monday's meeting. I have a potential client that will use voice AI to answer calls from their guest. There's no 2 properties that are 100% alike such at accommodations, nearby attractions, access information, WiFi passwords, for example. What would be the best way to setup the knowledge base for someone with in this situation with many properties? Thank you for researching this for me.
