LLC Setup Questions (NAICS, Multi-State, DBA)

Finally, I am able to get two clients who like to see the demo for "Reputation" by getting Reviews
and "Engagement" by having a chatbot on the website
I have a few questions on LLC
1) What NAICS code and purpose shall I use?
2) I can set up my company in TX, but can work with clients in other states?
3) Do I need to do "Doing business as" for each state?
