Got the Contract!!!!
First off thank you for everything this community provides. I now truly believe simplicity is key lol. I had the meeting with 3 executives from a multi-million dollar financial impact company and my Voice AI was "Too Smart" so I gotta make her more basic and built just to qualify leads. I did the most company information, know real-estate logistics etc. Didn't need to though. The lock in is that i was studying last night and came across a module where you can clone their exact website and put a chat widget on it at 2am kuz I was studying tryna be prepared for today and that literally tipped the scale. They wanted to know how I got their website logins and some more shit..lol Bruh I can't express the value of me being in here less than a week and locking in a contract that pays me 10% of every customer that my AI locks in for an ADU (Accessory Dwelling Unit). Minimum $95k all the way up to $500k+ and they want to keep me on to tweak it and service it etc. Minimum $9.5k every sale. Bruh.. this is life changing for me I can't even express. Fixing the bot and giving it to them in two weeks when we start working together. Bruh "DREAMS ARE ACTUALLY OBTAINABLE GOALS." Get off your ass and make them happen! I dont have a right now payment atm. Still tryna figure out how to make that happen so more "MINT" modules I'll be studying but for right now im fucking estatic! Thank you squuuuuuaaaaaaaaaaaad!🫡
