Do not use GHL new AP2 chat widget process
They made a big deal out of it being the easiest and fastest way to get approved. Sadly, I was denied and I got this from support:
"The carrier confirmed that the pre-approved Privacy Policy and Terms links provided are actually templates meant to be used as a starting point for the business. This means the content needs to be copied and published on your own website under your own Privacy Policy and Terms pages.
I realize this step isn’t always the most convenient part of the process, but the carriers require these policies to exist on the business’s own domain rather than referencing an external template link. This helps confirm the legitimacy of the business and ensures customers can clearly access those policies directly from the company’s website.
Once those pages are hosted on your own site, you can include those links in the submission."
TLDR: dont use it.
