Hey folks. Just wondering if this is typically what other folks here do in GHL.
1- Set up an agency site + phone # in a sub-account. Get phone # A2P approved. Use as your main agency phone # going forward.
2- Set up a demo-on-demand site + 2nd phone # in a 2nd sub-account. Get phone # A2P approved. Use as a dedicated demo-on-demand phone #.
I did both but only got the agency phone # A2P approved. My demo-on-demand phone # was rejected. I filled out the demo sub-account A2P forms exactly the same as the agency site, but it references the main agency site URL thinking that would work.
Rejection reason: MESSAGE_FLOW: The campaign submission has been reviewed and it was rejected because of provided Opt-in information.
Are people doing A2P a different way to get both phone #s approved? Do you instead set up a separate contact form, privacy, terms, etc. on the demo-on demand site?
It's recommended to keep the agency and demo-on-demand sites and phone numbers separate right?
I followed the A2P 10DLC masterclass but it's quite possible I missed a step. 🙂
