Monday-Friday
5:30am wake up
Get to the court at 6:15 workout till 7:15
School 8-3:30
4:00-5:00: Lifting
5:30: Run 3 miles
6:00: plyometrics and footwork
7-9pm: Downtime school, film, stretch, etc.
