How much sleep do you get?
Yesterday we talked about fast food, now were talking about sleep. Sleep is SUPER IMPORTANT as a hooper. Bottom Line if your not taking your sleep seriously, you will have slower reactions, less endurance, weaker recovery, more injuries, and lower focus and mood. Sleep also helps you grow, and we all know the taller you are, the higher chance you are of making a team (as long as your not 8 feet tall, then your pushing it). Sleep and diet go hand and hand. SO LOCK IN ON YOUR SLEEP.
