Hi all - I'm excited to have just joined the Profit Architecture community! I (and my team) run an online program based on our book Designing & Leading Life-Changing Workshops. Here's our mission statement: We help workshop and retreat leaders create real and lasting change without needing to be the expert, squeeze everything they know in, or be polished and confident—by leading with presence, creating interactive mind-body experiences, and allowing group wisdom to emerge, where each person gets exactly what they need. We currently have a high-ticket online program in place ($6k w/ ~ 45 current/active participants), as well as a signature self-paced course ($1k; recently introduced). We do in-person trainings at a retreat center, and we're working on a low-ticket entry product and evergreen funnel (which we've tried before, but without success).
