while going through HTH I did a deep dive into vision planning where I reviewed data from past clients and I've discovered something that I would like your advice on how to move forward. My expertise is leadership...in particular, helping women learn how to lead themselves in a way that allows them to become powerful women at home, in their community, and in business. My program isn't about how to build a business; it's about how to build the woman that leads the business. It's based on my experience in leadership, leaving my corporate career, and taking what I knew to implement into building my coaching business while not burning out or abandoning my family or going broke. Is this a successful model? Or, do I need to incorporate business structure into my program? Of course I would love an all encompassing program for them...and I envision that down the road, but I'm also trying to focus on what I can do now and right now I'm (obviously) learning how to run my own business. Thanks!
