High Ticket Done-For-You Offer to Scalable Offer

I’ve always focused on Done For You Services wether it’s been websites to funnel building (Wordpress to ClickFunnels and lots in between) to now Circle Communities my champagne clients don’t want to learn how to do it they just want it done. What course so I review to help me decide on the best transition to a more scalable business model? I thrive when I’m able to create solutions to complex traditional solutions.

I was thinking of creating an AI CoLab where I provide AI Automations and workflows to help community builders better focus on the human side of community management and scaling.

I was also thinking of building and hosting 24/7 multi-lingual and multi-model AI Voice agents to help manage Sales, customer support, scheduling etc. for High end clients like Dentists, Longevity clients etc.

I want to really kick start my re-org as quickly as possible! 😁

I didn’t want to use up one of my monthly questions if there’s a course I could review 😊
