i need help with my physique. I currently do a PPL split where on push day it’s 2 sets bench press, 2 sets weighted dips and 2 sets machine chest fly. I then do tricep extensions for long head of triceps and shoulder press and lateral raises for shoulders. My back and biceps are strong but my chest doesn’t have that fullness to it and it’s been like that for years. I’ve been training to failure and I’m bulking rn so any tips would help.
