Broken bone
Yo im not sure if anyone here has ever broken there arm but I got injured in football a few days ago and I will be in a cast for 4 weeks they said it’s a distus radius fracture (look it up if you want) anyone have any tips or advice considering I can’t workout upper body, play sport and do other things any help would be appreciated
