Let’s start the final month of the Year with scripting!
This challenge will be on going for all of December. We want to eliminate the need for a New Years Resolution! Remember, you won’t “need anything, if you HAVE EVERYTHING”.
The “I am” challenge will focus on FIRSTLY everything you are NOT! Writing is the best way to engage your senses. Visualization alone will not be enough this time. Do your best to note a minimum of 10, but know you have no limits here (It will work in your favor I promise).
Next you will cross out everything following the I AM.
IE: I am shy. Cross out the word “shy” and replace it with the opposite. Your new sentence could read: “I am assertive.”
Finally, rewrite the entire list and read it every night until the clock strikes Midnight 01/01/2026.
Your “I am” story shapes far more than you realize. It shapes how you think, how you react, what you believe you’re capable of, and what you allow yourself to receive.
We repeat these stories so often: I’m shy. I’m not enough. I’m someone who struggles. I’m not that type of person…that they start to feel like facts.
