The same money and man problems? Read:
Imagine you keep attracting the same kind of man. You tell yourself you’re done accepting the bare minimum. You listen to affirmations about being chosen. You visualize the relationship you want. You remind yourself of your worth. And then he takes hours to text you back, and suddenly, you’re questioning everything. So you start over. More affirmations. More techniques. More trying to get yourself back into the state of the woman who knows she’s chosen. But what if the problem isn’t that you need another technique? What if you’re trying to build a new identity on top of a wound that’s still running the show? This is what I mean by a shadow trigger leak. A shadow trigger is a moment when something in your external reality activates an unresolved part of you. Maybe he becomes distant, and suddenly you feel rejected.
