🌿 Lesson 1: If You Don’t Know Who You Are, How Can You Know What You Want?
Before you can consciously create your reality, you must first know who is doing the creating.
Everything you experience in life flows from your sense of self, the “I AM” you walk around believing yourself to be.
This lesson helps you see that clearly.
When you define who you are with honesty and awareness, you begin to reclaim authorship over your world.
✍️ Step 1: Define Your Current Role
Take 15 quiet minutes. No distractions.
Write “I AM” at the top of your page and complete each statement truthfully, exactly as you feel right now.
You can write freely, or use the list below as your guide.
Complete each category with “I am…”
Gender
Nationality
Hair color
Looks
Weight
Profession
Friends
Success
Home
Car

Attitude toward authorities

Something good about me
Something I struggle with
Don’t overthink or edit.
Just write what feels true in this moment.
This is your current vibrational snapshot — the self you’ve been living as.
🪞 Step 2: Understand the Source
Now look back through your “I AM” list and ask yourself for each one:
  • Did I choose this freely? (mark F)
  • Did I take this on to resist someone or something? (mark R)
  • Did I adopt this to please or gain approval? (mark A)
For example:
  • I am someone with long hair (R) — rebellion toward parents.
  • I am very polite (A) — learned to please others.
  • I am creative and curious (F) — freely chosen and joyful.
This helps you see which parts of your identity came from authentic choice and which came from reaction or conditioning.
Awareness alone begins to dissolve the false layers.
🌱 Step 3: Define the New Role
Now, the fun part.
Use the same list, but write new “I AM” statements for the version of yourself you want to live as from now on.
Be specific, but also real.
Who do you choose to be in the story of your life?
How does that person think, speak, move, feel, and relate to others?
You can even give this new identity a name or title if it feels powerful to do so.
Add quirks or imperfections to make it feel alive. Realness has more creative power than perfection.
đź’« Why This Matters
Your self-definitions are the prime source of what you experience in life.
If you define yourself as talented, you’ll meet situations that allow your talent to shine.
If you define yourself as unlucky, life will mirror that back to you until you decide otherwise.
Everything begins with I AM.
When you know who you are, your desires become clear, and the universe finally has a consistent signal to respond to.
đź’ Reflection
After completing your Identity Sheet, take a few minutes to reflect on what stood out to you.
Then, if you feel comfortable, share in the Introduce Yourself thread:
“Here’s a glimpse of who I’ve been, and who I’m becoming.”
You can post your old and new identity, or just share one or two insights from the process.
Sharing helps anchor your new identity, inspires others, and deepens your commitment to the shift.
Welcome to the beginning of conscious authorship.
