🌴✨ Three Kings Day Ritual — Caribbean Style ✨🌴
On Three Kings Day, light a white, gold, or yellow candle. If you can, place cinnamon, rum, coffee, or sweet bread nearby— a simple offering, given with respect. Close your eyes and call in your ancestors: those who walked before you, those who cleared paths, those who still stand guard. Write down three intentions: 🌿 one for your strength, 🌿 one for your home and family, 🌿 and one for your abundance. Hold the paper and say aloud: “May the roads open, may blessings never miss my name, and may what is meant for me find me without delay.” Let the candle burn down safely or extinguish it with gratitude. Trust this—what you asked for has already been heard. Happy Three Kings Day. 👑✨

As my granny would say.. “ A who you?” In not so many words… but really as of right now, Who are you? Pause. Breathe. Tell the truth. Who are you—before the masks, before survival, before the roles you learned to play? Who are you now—standing in the in-between, releasing what no longer fits? And who do you want to become—when your healing turns into clarity and your growth becomes intentional? This is not about fixing yourself. It’s about remembering who you’ve always been. 🕯️ Write it. Witness it. Step into it. Who Are You? Who Are You Becoming?🕯️ Step One — WHO ARE YOU (Past / Truth) Who were you before you learned how to protect yourself? • What have you carried that was never meant to be yours? • What versions of you learned to survive when softness wasn’t safe? • What experiences shaped the way you move through the world now? 🖋 Write without editing. Let it be honest. 🌗 Step Two — WHO ARE YOU NOW (Present / Awareness) Who are you becoming aware of in this moment? - What are you shedding? - What patterns are you interrupting? - What parts of you are asking to be seen instead of hidden? 🖋 This is the space of choice and integration. 🌕 Step Three — WHO DO YOU WANT TO BECOME (Future / Intention) Who do you choose to become when fear no longer leads? • How do you move through the world? • What do you no longer tolerate? • What do you trust about yourself? 🖋 Write as if this version of you already exists. 🔥 Yule Ritual + Shadow Journal Purpose To release what no longer belongs to you, reclaim your power through honesty, and plant intentions rooted in truth—not fantasy. Ritual Setup (Simple & Real) - One candle (white, gold, or black) - Journal or paper - A quiet moment (even 10 minutes counts) Light your candle and say (out loud or silently): “I honor the dark that carried me here. I welcome the light returning through me.” Take three slow breaths. No rushing. No bypassing. Journal Prompt I — The Dark (Release) Answer honestly. No polishing. - What am I done carrying into the next cycle? - What version of myself has expired? - Where did I abandon my truth to stay comfortable? Write until it feels empty, not pretty. Journal Prompt II — Accountability (Truth) This is the shadow-work part. Be grown about it. - What patterns do I keep repeating—and why? - What have I been asking the universe for without changing my behavior? - What promise to myself am I finally ready to keep? No shame. Just awareness. Journal Prompt III — The Returning Light (Intention) Now we plant seeds. - What kind of energy do I want to move with this next cycle? - What does alignment look like in my daily actions? - How will I know I’m honoring myself better? Write intentions that feel possible and embodied, not performative. Closing Place your hand over your heart and say: “The dark shaped me. The light finds me ready.” Sit with the candle for a moment. Let it witness you.
