Why "just remember" doesn't work for ADHD brains
Walking into a room and forgetting why? Losing a thought mid sentence? That's not laziness, it's working memory, the mental notepad your brain uses to hold info for a few seconds. For ADHD brains, that notepad is often smaller and wipes faster.
Quick tip: stop relying on it. Externalize instead, sticky notes, voice memos, visible lists.
