You're in a room full of people who are done trying to "focus harder" with generic advice that never sticks. Done spinning your wheels and getting nowhere. We build behavioral engineering and identity based habits now. 😎

You just walked into a lot of stuff you could click on. Don't. Not yet.

Here’s your actual first hour. Two things:

1️⃣ Post your intro below. Tell us who you are and what you're working on: "I struggle with [specific ADHD bottleneck] and I'm building a system for [specific goal]." I read every single one.

2️⃣ Pick your STARTING POINT. The classroom isn't a massive course you randomly scroll through. It's structured rooms, and you only need one right now based on where you are today. Pick your path, stay in that one room, and execute.

The rule that makes this work: don't wander. The other rooms aren't going anywhere. Finish your one room first. The people who get results in here aren't the ones who consume the most content, they're the ones who do less, but actually finish it.
