What keeps them coming back?

So you have a paid group, right?

What keeps them paying $x.xx month?

If your group is teaching a skill / trade or etc… there’s eventually an end, right? I mean, every book, course, or program has an end

So what are you doing to keep people for 3, 6, 12 months or more?

If I put myself in the shoes of the customer - I’m asking this question because why would I need to pay that until I fall off the face of the earth?
